Job Vacancy in Toronto, Canada: Marketing Coordinator: 65000 CAD

CAPREIT is seeking a creative, motivated and energetic individual to help bring tactical focus to tenant experience activities at CAPREIT by participating in the expansion and deepening of this function across the organization. This dual role will also assist in the execution activities of marketing tactics for properties within the CAPREIT portfolio. Position enables the employee to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering great work and industry firsts. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited:
Tenant Experience
  • Focusing on the customer service and retention function, work in collaboration with the Director and other departments (IT, HR, Training, etc.) to ensure that the company delivers the highest level of customer service
  • Assist in the development of a client first philosophy throughout the organization
  • Assist in the creation of campaigns, internally and externally, that cater to developing a customer service first mentality across the organization
  • Assist in the development and execution of the annual national client satisfaction survey and research
  • Assist in the development and execution of client lifecycle surveys, focusing on execution of survey deployment, analysis of the results and presentation of findings
  • Lead the deployment of marketing automation and communication lifecycle management to ensure that CAPREIT tenants are staying up-to-date with current news, information, and process
  • Naturally curious about innovative technology that will sustain and augment the role of customer service in the organization, ultimately delivering our tenants the best experience in the industry
  • Familiar with website creation and content management best practices to assist in the design and rollout of tenant facing technology
  • Ability to process invoices and track marketing spend to budget
Marketing:
  • Develop creative, outside of the box solutions to meet business needs with the goal of reducing vacancies
  • Implement marketing and advertising decisions by analyzing trends data; preparing marketing and advertising tactics that meet objectives
  • Book, renew, make changes to advertisements, as well as liaising with vendors on ad design
  • Track advertising success while monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Support pricing and marketing decisions through competitive research within their portfolio
  • Assists in contributing to social marketing strategy and its execution
  • Create, maintain, analyze Facebook pay per click campaigns, along with monitoring and providing recommendations for corporate Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Flickr, Pinterest and Foursquare accounts
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Contribute to the copywriting of ads, newsletters, blog, and other materials
  • Assists in optimizing copy on web and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research search engine optimization recommendations and assist in execution
  • Liaise with Senior Graphic Designer on certain projects
  • Take into consideration and comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
  • University education
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP is an asset
  • Knowledge of basic Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite an asset
  • Proven SEO and SEM experience in managing PPC campaigns across different channels an asset
  • Self-starter with little requirement for supervision
  • Ability to write articles, content and communicate effectively through presentation to internal stakeholders
  • Experience in dealing with advertising agencies and print media advertising
  • Excellent organization skills and project management

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
